Vennfit is operated by Rekindled Creations in Evansville, Indiana. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text).
- Profile: details you enter during setup, such as sex, height, birth date, goal, experience, training days and gym equipment.
- Training and health logs: workouts and sets, food and water logs, fasting, weight, body measurements and body-composition scans you choose to save.
- Notifications: if you turn on reminders, a push-notification address for your device.
- Technical: basic device and error information needed to keep the app working.

When you scan a printout, the photo is read on your own device. The photo is not uploaded or stored. Only the numbers you confirm are saved.
How we use it
To run the app: build your workouts, calculate targets, show your history, send the reminders you ask for, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it's stored and who helps us
Your data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in). The site and app are hosted by Cloudflare. Food search uses public food databases; the text you search for is sent to them. If paid plans are offered, payments will be handled by a payment processor, and we will not see or store your full card number.
Sharing
Your data is private to your account. If you choose to share a workout, only the workout plan (exercises, sets and reps, not your weights or personal details) is included in the link you send.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete logs in the app.
- You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
- To delete your account and all associated data, email support@vennfit.app from your account email.
Health information
Vennfit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. You decide what to enter; please don't enter information you don't want stored.
Children
Vennfit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
